Nuage aux Pomme
It is a unique product in Switzerland.
A creation of the K'Apples team.
It is a marshmallow or guimauve, but with 5x less sugar than the original.
Instead of sugar and gelatin, we use cooked apple puree and pectin.
It is a real pearl to nibble. Highly recommended to try!
Ingredients: purée from baked apples, egg white, sugar, lemon juice, glucose syrup.
